Do I need a pass to enter Shenanigan’s?
Yes. All guests need either an Access Pass ($10 monthly or $100 annually) to enter the facility, or a $5 Day Pass can be purchased at the front desk. All games are paid separately.
Do I need a reservation to play?
No. We recommend advance reservations for golf simulators and pickleball courts. All other games are first come, first served.
Can I reserve games online?
Yes. Golf simulators and pickleball courts can be reserved online up to 2 weeks in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
What happens if I’m late to a reservation?
Reservations include a 15-minute grace period. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their reserved time and associated fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to limited spaces and availability, we kindly ask that all reservations be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If canceling with less than 24 hours notice or are a no show, you will be charged for your full reservation.
Do I need to sign a waiver to play?
Yes, all players must complete a waiver upon arrival during their first visit.
Can I come in without playing a game?
Yes! Access Pass holders are welcome to come in just to hang out, grab food or drinks, and enjoy the space. If you do not have an Access Pass, you will still need to purchase a $5 Day Pass at the front desk when you enter.
Is Shenanigan’s family-friendly?
Children and Minors are welcome until 7:00pm, 7 days a week. Day pass fees will be waived for those under 12 years old. After 7:00pm, only 21+ will be permitted. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I bring in outside Food and Beverages?
No outside food or drinks are allowed with a regular reservation. Water and sports drinks are permitted with pickleball reservations. Outside food is allowed for special events with management approval.
Can I host a group or event?
Yes! Shenanigan’s is available for group outings, parties, and private events. Contact us to learn more about options and availability.
